Buckaroo Tours (School Age)

$2.50 for groups of 10 or more including chaperones
All others (parents/grandparents, etc.) require Buckaroo paid admission
2 Bus Drivers comped. Additional bus driver fee $2.50
Docent (guide) $25.00 per docent (Guided tour = 40 minutes. See below)

Buckaroo Tours - ages 5-18 (Kindergarten-12)

Group total less than 10 will be charged standard admission prices
        Children . . . $3.00 (ages 0-12)
        Student  . . . $4.00 (ages 13-17)
        Adult      . . . $5.00 (ages 18-59)
        Senior    . . . $4.00 (ages 60+)

Group total less than 10 are self-guided tour only
A Self-guided tour group must remain together at all times.
No unchaparoned children allowed in museum or gift shop.

Group of 11 or more - Docent is required (guided tour = 40 minutes)
    1 Docent is required per every 15 in group
 

No unattended children (single or in groups) are allowed
Required Chaperone/Supervision Ratio:
        Children ages 2 -6 = 1:2
        Children ages 7 -12 = 1:3
        Children ages 13-18 = 1:4

Total Amount Due Calculation
     Total Group Number x $2.50
     + Docent Fee(s) @ $25.00 per Docent 

 10% Non-refundable deposit fee required for all group tours
        Deposit fee is applied to total amount due.

**** SPECIAL NOTES  FOR PLANNING YOUR FIELD TRIP ****  

No Buckaroos allowed in Gift Shop prior to tour.

No Food or Drink allowed in museum during tour. (We have place to store them)

No more than five (5) chaperoned Buckaroos allowed in Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame Gift Shop at one time after tour.  

No more than four (4) Buckaroos allowed in restrooms at one time and must be accompanied by a chaperone at all times. 

All Chaperones MUST STAY with your assigned Buckaroos at all times. 

We ask the Chaperones assist our Docents in corraling your Buckaroos at all times.

Silver Boot Tours (Seniors)

$3.25 for groups of 10 or more including chaperones
(Groups less than 10 will be charged standard admission price)
Ages for Silver Boot Tours – 60 and over
2 Bus Drivers comped. All others require Silver Boot paid admission
Self-guided tour only.

Docent(s) (guide) available for additional $25.00/docent
One (1) Docent per group up to 20. (Example - Group of 35 = 2 docents)
(Docent guided tours are 40 minutes in length)

     Total Group Number x $3.25
     + Docent Fee(s) @ $25.00 per Docent

Stockman Tours – (Adults)

$4.00 for groups of 10 or more including chaperones
(Groups less than 10 will be charged standard admission price)
Ages for Stockman Tours – 19 to 59
2 Bus Drivers comped. All others require Stockman paid admission.
Self-guided tour only.

Docent(s) (guide) available for additional $25.00/docent
